I have an Amana side by side refrigerator model # SRD25S5E. When I open the refrigerator door it swings open, does not stop and slams into my cabinets. We bought it at a yard sale and so I am not sure if anything is missing. I do know that I removed a broken metal piece from the bottom of the door but I dont know if it is related.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
