Problem removing a round GE oven igniter

After removing the oven floor panel and the flame spreader I have access to the igniter. It is attached to a small bracket on the gas burner tube by 2 screws at approximately 7 o’clock and underneath the igniter body. Even with an offset screwdriver there is insufficient clearance to remove the screws. Am I overlooking something obvious or do I need a special tool? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

In order to replace the igniter you have to remove the burner.

Remove the bottom drawer, remove the screws holding the bracket and the nut lock.

After removing the lower drawer I removed one easily accessible screw at the bottom end of the burner tube. With the bracket in place the burner tube lifted up about a quarter inch and then out into the oven space. At this point the igniter was completely accessible and easily exchanged. Thanks so much for the good advice.
