How do I remove the grille on this model to put in the charcoal filter. I have removed the two screws on the top but don’t see any way to remove it because the door is in the way. I viewed a video but it shows a microwave withe grille above the door and facing forward. The grille on this one is behind the door and points toward the ceiling.
