Held the "No Heat Dry" button for several seconds/minute according to manual, turned off power; nothing works, "Lock On" light will not turn off.
Replaced electronic control (microcomputer), Part No. 9744031. "Lock On" button went out, but now "Quick Rinse" button flashes.
It appears that the keypad needs to be replaced, Part No. 3384340, but am hesitant, since most Parts companies will not allow return of electronic parts. I spent $133 for the electronic control from Sears Parts.
Anything else I can check or try myself, before giving up.
