One door hinge, Part #71002472, was replaced 8 years ago. The door is not flush. The right side is at least 1/2 inch away from flush. How to remedy? Much heat escapes.

There are a few things to check before you replace the hinges :
Remove the oven door, and set it on a flat surface and check the door assembly for warpage, and if bent. In a lot of cases you can loosen or remove the frame screws and you can usually "tweak" the door panel back into shape. With the door removed, check the front flange of the oven opening, for distortion around the hinge mounting screws, and for cracked or chipped porcelain, and the the condition of the hinge pivots, and mounting screws. Make sure the door is level and the gasket is not "dragging" on the oven cavity on the side that remains open. You can make adjustments with the screw on the top portion of the hinge assembly.
