refegartor is warm

both were working fine untill i set the door open button and kept going off even thou doors were closed so i was able to shut it off with the switch on the inside that controls the light then the bulb overhead quit working it does not seem to be burned out thou really hot.now fridge is warm keep resetting temp to 37 but it is still very warm
