Refrigerator & Freezer not cool at all

I just replaced Temp Control and Relay / Capacitor . I can hear the sound compressor is running , and I touched my hand on the compressor I fell It warm. open both doors only the air blowing , not the cool air. I need help what it wrong/ problem. Thanks in advance, KBL88
