The refrigerator & freezer have stopped cooling completely. The compressor will come on and then make a "Click" when it shuts off after about 5 seconds or so. Could this be a bad Run Capacitor? The capacitor looks new and does not have any loose items internally that I can tell. The refrigerator just stopped working overnight. Any other ideas?
