Refrigerator and freezer do not cool

This is a side by side. The freezer defrosted and the refrigerator is warm. I cleaned the coils. The compressor and the fan are running. The freezer is slightly blowing air but not cold…barely cool. And it is also slightly blowing air into the refrigerator…again not cool. I did not take the panel off the back of the freezer as any ice would already be thawed if it was ever there to begin with. I was thinking the thermostat under the control in the refrigerator. Please, what do you advise. Thanks, k
