Hi,
I have below problem in my Refrigerator:
Compressor Running
Condenser Fan is Running
Evaporator Fan is not running.
I tested Evaporator fan by disconnecting and connecting with 120V and fan is working fine.
What could be the issue ?. What else I can check ?
Freezer and Freeze both are warm and not getting cold at all. While I was at Evaporator Fan, I checked Evaporator coil and it was hardly cold (May be 50 Degree F)
What could be the issue ?

Do you think it is in defrost mode and staying in Defrost mode ? If yes, how can I test it is indeed board and nothing else ?
How about refrigerator is low in Freon Gas ?
Looks like I have closed system issue. Leaking Freon. Not worth trying to fix it. Going to buy new one.
