Refrigerator fan & compressor not running

ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED!!!

COMPRESSOR & FAN not running. Light on in fridge but I don’t hear fan in freezer.

Last week the evaporator started freezing up & fridge not cooling so we changed the DEFROST THERMOSTAT. It looked fine but figured it was an inexpensive fix.

I thought all was OK until yesterday. Freezer & refrigerator temp too high and freezer frozen up. I changed out the COMPRESSOR START RELAY because we ordered one incase.
After unplugging & plugging refrigerator back in I heard a click & Compressor came on. The whole time the evaporator fan & compressor fan had been running when plugged in.

I left freezer door open while unplugged to defrost the unit. Last night, I plugged it in & FANS not turning on either.

HELP!!! We don’t know where to continue researching for possible solutions.
I’m afraid it may be a bad compressor which means a NEW refrigerator.
I wondered if it could be needing new Compressor Overload &/or new Fan motor.

(Past repair history of the refrigerator)
In Feb we noticed off & on water puddles under veggie drawer. Then Fridge stopped cooling & back of freezer frozen. We replaced the DEFROST THERMOSTAT (it was noticeable popped up). We also replaced the CONTROL BOARD & COMPRESSOR START RELAY, but I’m not convinced this needed to be done. Everything has seemed to run fine since then…until now.

THANKS!
