I recently bought a used GE Profile bottom freezer and have been having issues with food freezing in the bottom drawers. A repairman came and replaced the temperature control unit, but to no avail.
If I place my hand on the inside bottom of the refrigerator, it seems extremely cold and I wonder if there is an issue with insulation between the two areas, but as the homeowner, I’m certainly not an expert and could use some advice.
