My Samsung refrigerator is warm but freezer is ok.I noticed that the condenser fan motor is not working so I replaced it with new one but it did not work.I opened the evaporator cover inside and found that the evaporator fan motor is not working also.Both evap and condenser fans are not working,compressor is ok and making evaporator frost due to no air circulation.Any idea what’s wrong?

It is most likely the the PBA board. It is located in the back of the refrigerator. Look on the break down of the refrigerator, and there will be a picture in the machine compartment. Tom http://www.applianceeducator.com
