hi my top freezer fridge is not cooling enough.there is some cold air blowing thru but fridge is not cold enough. I have noticed that the products in the freezer have snowy stuff on them but the walls of the freezer and the back area does not have any built up of frost.the fans in the freezer is working. i have cleaned the back of the unit at the bottom with hand brush and vacum and i have noticed a humming sound today coming from refrigerator. i have just unplugged it and cleaned it out and left the doors open so that it could defrost if that is the problem. could you please help me with any suggestions thank you.
