Hi - the auger in the ice dispenser became rusty, so I ordered a new part. I have most of it disassembled, but cannot get the auger out. There’s some kind of washer/bolt holding it that I cannot see, and the remaining plastic parts cannot fit through each other. I see that the auger has reverse threads, but I cannot seem to pull it out. Any ideas?
