Replace Kenmore Microwave Door Latch

I just ordered the door latch listed below for my Kenmore
microwave. The old one broke leaving the top lock in a closed position…I used a small allen wrench to pop the lock back into the open position but, How do I remove the old latch and put the new one in? Do they pop out with pressure for a flathead or, do I need to remove the door to access the latch?

My part has arrived…how do I access the latch to replace it…this sight claimed that I would have my "Questions Answered by the Pros!"…They got my money for the part and I don’t see any help.
