Replaced almost everything

have a jenn-air model W30400W built in oven. So far, I have replaced the sensor, thermostat, control, and relay board at a total cost of around $550 and my oven still doesn’t work (bake or broil). Elements are good. Only thing I can think is the wiring harness from the control to the relay board. Otherwise, I must have bought a defective part and have no idea which one it would be.

Have you checked the power at the unit?

The control board and fan will run on 120 volts but the elements require the full 240.

Note: It is not good enough to just measure each side of the line to Neutral, and get two 120 volts readings and then assume that you have the 240.
You must measure L1 to L2 and get 240 volts.

Yes, I have 240V checked phase to phase from L1 to L2 where they attach to the relay board.

Next thing to check would be the hi-limit thermostat in the common L1 line to the elements.

Following is a link to a service manual (16010312 Jenn-Air Electric Wall Oven Service Manual). You will probably have to join the site to get the service manual, but joining is free.

I’ll see if this manual explains how to check the thermostat, I already replaced the thermostat along with the relay board, control, and sensor.
Thanks, Mark
