Replaced Belt - Now Washer Spins Sometimes

My washer (Maytag SAV5910EWW) started leaking, so I replaced the tub seal. After doing that, it worked without leaking, but it made a rumbling when it spin. I assume that was the bearing being ruined by the water leak. I ran it like that for a few weeks and eventually, the belt broke.

I just replaced the belt and the bearing, and I’m testing it without water or clothes in it. Right now, the tub only spins sometimes. It’s weird. If I run the spin cycle, the motor spins and the belt stays there. The tub doesn’t spin. If I give the tub a little push (spin) by hand, then it slowly starts and comes up to normal spin speed. I can turn the spin cycle off and an on and it’ll work fine just about every time. Then, if I walk away from it for a half hour and come back, it goes back to the motor spinning and the belt just sitting there again…then it takes another slight push by hand to get it going.

I’m not sure what’s going on here.
