I REPLACED THE PUMP,and unit still codes F02 AND SUDS. Inlet to pump is clear as is the outlet. Washer will not spin even if you restart and try to run drain and spin or rinse and spin. $142.00 for a pump that I may not have needed.
Sometimes you need to replace the water level switch to fix this. If you bought the pump from this site you can return it, see the returns policy.
Thank you for your reply, I finally called an expert, he found the drain line was partially plugged with fabric softener, funny we don’t use fabric softener.128.00 LATER AND IT WORKS OH WELL.
