I replaced the smart water filter with an identical filter and now the refrigerator won’t dispense water. This happened before, but I don’t remember what the tech did to fix it.
When I removed the filter to reinstall it water sprayed out. The ice maker is still making ice.
It seems water is getting into the filter, but isn’t making it back to the dispenser. I have also replaced the filter with the bypass thing and tried to dispense unfiltered water and it still doesn’t work. I really hope someone can help. I can’t afford to call someone out again.
