GE dryer model#DBXR453ET3WW :eek: PLEASE HELP!!This dryer ,out of the blue,started making a skreachin’ noise so i took it apart and found a piece of felt mangled(im gonna replace it)and the front drum glides wore badly.two were gone completely!im assuming that i have found my problem but when i go to the appliance store i told them i needed felt and drum glides but she said that those dont wear out on their own that it would have to be something else that caused it.any ideas?how do i check bearings?also when i took the front panel off the two wires at bottom left came loose and i dont know which goes where?theres a brown one and white one??
I’m told that you have to replace outter drum that comes with bearing, has anybody tried replacing bearing only if you could find one. Why not just the bearing.
