Replacing water line to dispenser in door!

I need to replace the water line from the solenoid valve in the rear to the dispenser as it is old and cracking! I see that I can tilt the ref. back and get to the line from the bottom to a connector below the freezer door OK. But how do I replace the line from that connector that goes up thru the hinge in freezer door to the dispenser? Is it possible by somehow removing the dispenser front facia plate and snaking a new line from the hinge up thru the door to the dispenser? And if so, how do I disassemble the front of the dispenser assembly? Thanks for all help! Bob
