Model RF24R7201SR just turned two years old.
Samsung 4 Door French Door Smart Refrigerator not freezing or even cool in freezer,
and the FlexZone™ storage drawer with four temperature settings is not cooling at all
The refrigerator on top works fine,
Your thoughts would be appreciated
Unit is no longer under warranty 1 year
Could anyone explain how the top is 38 and the bottom 1/2 is room temperature?
No error codes, red light on control board steady red.
If you have the ability to turn these off then common sense to me is that the controller involoved must not be working?
