Hey all!
Im working on a Roper REX4634KQ1 dryer.
Its not getting heat in the automatic cycle.
I have replaced the heating element, high limit thermos, fuse and cycling thermo…
Took it from a vacant unit and since it was clean, I decided to ‘rebuild’ it.
Original complaint on it was the no heat issue in auto. I figured that, like all other complaints, it was the hi limits.
This one has me stumped.
The parts have been tested and are okay. I have swapped timers as well.
In some of the reading Ive done, it seems that there is a resistor on some models, ususally on the panel… not the case here, no resistor to be found.
Any ideas?
Anyone familiar with these know if there is a resistor located in an obscure spot?
Thanks!
Roper
