Samsung freezer was working fridge wasn't. Now neither is cooling properly.

I have a samsung rs2544sl fridge wasn’t gettin cold pulled apart n found evaporator was partially froze up. Checked resistance on thermistor room temp was 5k in ice water read 12.5k thermofuse read same as when touching leads together. Heater reads 95 ohms.if I press and hold door switch for ten seconds the fridge fan runs properly. After initial plug in the number 1 appears and flashes on right side of front display. After holding power freeze and power cool buttons simultaneously for eight seconds the number 3 appears solid not flashing. Then the display shows current temps. I received this fridge from a friend who had sears come out n try to fix they changed main PCB. Nothing. They changed the ice maker due to cracked wires going to sensor on tray. Nothing. They changed a capacitor. Nothing. Please any help would b greatly appreciated.
