i got a samsung RB195BSBB the ice maker doesn’t harvest ice i reset the ice maker head and it drop the ice i wait 24 hrs and still no ice i check on the meats and they are not frozen they cold but not frozen the temp is set at -2 F. in the frezzer… and the fridge is set at 38 F.
