I have fixed my Fridge Freezer issue, I installed a grounded on/off timer to the power cord, and it’ll take some practice but basically start by shutting it off for 10-15 minutes per hour and adjust accordingly till you don’t hear the fan noise any more, my fridge fluctuates throughout the day but my freezer stays frozen and my fridge stays cold.
Basically I am doing what the electronics have failed to do, I force a defrost by shutting down the fridge throughout the day, I do more at night because it is in less use.
