Washer will not agitate or spin. It will drain and fill with water to start the cycle but then stops with the digital output showing dashes going in a circle pattern. I have replaced the stator with the hall sensor. A sound of a low "tink" every one second that is coming from the stator during the time it is in wash mode. This happened with the original and new stator. It lasts for about 30 seconds.
The main control board showed, seemingly correct voltage to the hall sensor when washer was in wash/agitation phase:
At Inverter Board–
Ground (Orange wire) to Hall Sensor Signal A (Red wire) is 30VDC.
Ground (Orange wire) to Hall Sensor Signal B (Blue wire) is 3 VDC.
I tested the voltage for the motor from the board and it showed 240 VDC.
There are no cracks or damage showing on the rotor magnets and the basket turns freely without grinding noise. I am thinking problem remains in the main control board that includes the inverter board. Is 240 VDC too high? Is a remaining issue possibly the user interface panel/board? Thoughts? Thank you.
