I have a Duet Whirlpool frontloader washer. When I try to start it the screen shows it is having door lock failure. So I purchased the door lock from you all and got it put in today, but it is still showing door lock failure. When turning it on it will just beep and is sill showing door lock failure. What could be wrong??
A lot of times on these models it can be the wiring to the and from the door lock. Test them for continuity.
