Our refrigerator is warm to hot to the touch on the exterior on the freezer side as well as the vertical length of the strip in the middle of the fridge that separates the freezer side from the fresh side. Since this is a new, "symptom" we are presuming something may be need to be repaired or attended to. Thanks in advance for any help! MarciR
