My Maytag Neptune Washer makes a loud shrill noise from the transmission during the spin cycle. Do you believe I need to replace the entire transmission, spin bearing, or something else? Thanks!
I doubt if you need to replace the transmission, but use the machine with the front cover off and listen to it as it spins.
