I recently replaced the washer valve on my GE front loading washer. Now there is a loud squeaking noise coming from the front of the machine. It sounds as though the drum is rubbing against the gasket. It also feels like there is resistance when I try to turn the drum by hand. The machine can complete a full cycle no problem and there are no errors reported in diagnostic mode. Does anyone have thoughts on what is going wrong and steps I can take to diagnose the problem?
