Squeek noise at begin and end of spin

I had loud screeching in the spin cycle. I replaced the spin bearing and tub seal and it mostly went away.

But now I get squeeking noise at the start and end of the spin cycle, and if the load is unbalanced.

It sounds like it is coming from around the drive pulley or brake package. The pulley is warm, and if I try to turn it by hand with the belt off, it seems to turn harder than I would expect, but I don’t really know how hard it should be to turn it.

I wondering if the squeaking is the belt slipping because there is too much drag on turning the tub? Maybe I torqued something too much when putting it back together after the tub seal and spin bearing replacement?
