Squeeling

Suddenly started squeeling during spray cycle. Found piece of rubber wedged in a hole in the bottom of the sump. I removed it and reassembled dishwaser to have it immediately squeel at me again. This piece of rubber appears to be a check valve, but the only check valve listed is in the drain pump line and it is in place. I removed the sump and motor assembly. The motor appears to turn freely. I don’t know where to go from here.

Noticed that the gap between pump and motor was increasing each time I took it apart, so pulled it apart to find the plastic piece that fits over the splined shaft is cracked and allows the shaft to turn inside the plastic piece when there is a load on the pump. Any suggestions? Can’t seem to find the part without buying the pump and motor assembly together at over $200!

Tried using a thread lock product on the cracked plastic part and the splined shaft, but it was defective (still liquid after 24 hrs). Then tried epoxy which worked for a part cycle. Still trying epoxy, but trying to get epoxy all around plastic part (while clamped) as to form a ring around it to help hold it together. Will see what happens.
