This morning my wife noted that our range is not working. None of the heating elements in either the stove top or the oven will heat up. The control panel seems to be working properly, it shows the time and will begin the heating cycle for the oven and such.
I thought I had run into this before at a different house when 1/2 of the 240 breaker tripped leaving only the 120 to power the controls. I flipped the breaker on and off with no help there. 
I’m not particularly handy, but I’m not affraid to open things up, and I do have a volt meter and tools. Any suggestions where to start? From my basic search I have read about a thermal fuse, but would this fuse also affect the stove top?
