If they’re frozen, you’ll need to use a uni-bit to drill heads off of the venturi tubes. Once they’re removed, you can remove the spill trays. You’ll then need to install new venturi tubes and jet holder assemblies. If the unit is on LP, the jets will need to be swapped from over from the old jet holder. You should also apply anti-sieze grease on the new venturis to prevent them from freezing again.
