Thermador double oven doesn't heat - broiler works

Help! I have a Thermador S302TS double oven and suddenly, neither oven will heat. When I turn it on, I hear a click, which is typically followed by the sound of a fan (when the oven is working), but now, all I hear is a click - no fan and no heat. Both ovens are doing this. The broilers do work. The digital display is fine. Any idea what part would be responsible for this? Is it the control board? I had a repairman out who told me that it’s the control board, but he didn’t even take a look inside or do any kind of diagnostics. I’m willing to buy the part, but want to make sure it’s the correct part. Any help would be appreciated!
