I recently purchased this home with a 13yo Thermador Dual Fuel oven. It has heated sporadically since day one. The preheat light goes out, put the food in, and 20 minutes later the oven is at 200 degrees. I was able to find a post that led me to find a bad bake element contact in the hot wire relay. H1 terminal was not putting out 120 volts. I ordered a new relay and installed it today. I was careful to hook the wires up exactly as the old relay. When I turned the oven to bake a snapping noise was heard and the oven light and preheat light went out. Now neither the broil or bake element work. Any suggestions? I guess a short could have caused the hot wire relay to fail in the first place. A technician that goes by Servicer and signs off as KC seems very knowledgeable about thermador ovens. He doesn’t have any contact information listed. Any help would be appreciated
