thermador oven wont light

Hi, I have a thermador range pgr364gl. The oven will not light. I’ve replaced the spark igniter. The gas comes on and you can hear the igniter switch but it does not spark. I am able to light the burner manually but then the gas shuts off. The broiler works properly. When it is ignited you can hear the switch engage followed by the sparking sound. The oven light comes on but the heating light does not. Any ideas? thanks
