serial number is 11954175el. timer would not count down, sometimes the lid will unlock sometimes it won’t. not sure if its even spinning since the water in the bottom never seems to leave. owner manual is no help at all. I’m not sure but I think it just jumped from 27 minutes back to 37. also the buttons on the panel don’t line up with the words. its soapy water.
