I have a Samsung rs2630sh model and it not cooling in the refrigerator side, freezer is cold. It was working fine until I moved it from my house to my parents house. Service man said it’s the pcb board. How do I know for sure that is the problem? Can the board be tested? What do you think might have happend on the move?
