Our GE Profile was working fine up until about 2 months ago - now at the end of the wash cycle, any dishes in the top rack now come out with dried on food that was not on them to begin with. I’ll even make sure nothing is on them going into the dish washer and sure enough they come out with dried on food. Very frustrating to have to re-wash every other dish that comes off the top rack. Looks like the top rack is not rinsing properly or needs more pressure perhaps? Could it be the lower arm is not each the top rack properly? I’ve tried using each of the different settings but nothing helps, they still come out dirty. Bottom rack is fine.
