Tub leaning too far forward causing water to spill while filling

Hello,
I’ve already replaced the three leveling springs (#3 on diagram).
I must be missing something that pulls the top of the tub to the rear or the bottom to the front.
Your help is greatly appreciated!

There should also be a counter-balance spring to offset the motor weight. It will connect to the rear of the chassis.
