Upper Spray Arm fell Off - how to reattach?

Hi,

When I came home my wife showed me the upper spray arm had fallen off. I unscrewed the mount and found a small piece in side of it… but nothing that would attach the mount to the arm. Am I missing a piece or doing something wrong?
