None of the burners on my viking rangetop (VGRT300-4BSS) will light.

*]I have tested the electricity where the stove plugs in and the circuit is fine[/LIST]This happened suddenly: the range worked on Sunday evening, it was cleaned on Monday morning and would not work on Monday evening. I wasn’t the cleaner; I asked her about anything unusual happening and she said no. Apparently, she did spray windex on the porcelain surface, which completely covers the top under the burners.
I’ve read in the forum about igniters and spark module, but am unsure what I need to fix this problem. Thanks in advance!
