My frigerator and freezer both have lost the ability to constantly keep a cold temp. Items in the freezer were defrosted while some were warmer than I’d prefer in the fridge. I can hear the fan come on and the system begin to energize (but, only does so for a couple mins then turns off) this happens at an interval and because this occurs the temp in both units (no matter what the setting is on) is never reached before it kicks back off.
I took the guard off the back cleaned/vacuumed everything (no visible signs of damage or any build up of any kind anywhere at all)
any ideas on a possible solution?
