EVERYTHING WORKS FINE BUT AQITATOR NOT MOVING . TRYED TO TAKE THE AQITATOR OFF 
.DON`T HAVE A CUTE HOW TO GET OFF.BEEN READING ON THE SUITE COUPLING AQITATOR PART # AP3964635 IS THIS THE RIGHT ONE. PLEASE HELP:)
The agitator lifts off, but it can be quite hard to do. This site has some ideas and a picture of how you might go about it.

Don’t know if the agitator coupling is the problem, it is likely the case but you will have to take off the agitator and examine it to be certain.
