The washer arm on the dishwasher will not move. I can hear what sounds like a small motor that just hums, when in the washing cycle… I have tried to locate anything inside the washer tub that I can move to try and free it, but there is nothing, the only moving part i can see is a plastic propellar type part, which did nothing.
The water is being pumped into the machine but it seems that there is not enough pressure or force to get the waher arm to move… What do I look for ??
Remove the bottom panel and check if the wash pump motor is working during the wash cycle.
