my washer sounds very loud in the spin cycle, this has been going on for about 6 months now and it is not showing a UL alarm in the spin cycle especially with heavy clothes. I was told it was a tub bearing and we had to replace the entire tub is that true or can i get parts?

Mlee,
You may have something in the pump( hair pin, paper clip, coin, etc.)
But if you isolate the noise to the center bottom of the tub, yes you will need a complete tub assembly,

That’s the only way to get all the parts you’ll need(per the manufacturer.
