Washer fills fine on wash cycle.
Recently it started only to fill halfway on rinse cycle,before that it filled to top.
What could be wrong?

check out the vacume tube that leads to the outer tub and be certain that it is in no way PINCHED <BLOCKED OFF OR PLUGGED UP if it is not then it is most likly that you have a defective load limit switch simply replaice it 
And in wash cycle fills for large load.
